Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Northdeckai ("Northdeck", "we", "us"), a company based in New York, USA, collects when you use the Northdeck Ads website, web app and Google Sheets add-on (together, "the Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address from your Google account when you sign in.
- Ad platform reporting data: when you connect an ad account, we access reporting data for that account, such as campaign names, dates, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and derived KPIs. We request reporting access only.
- Connection credentials: the access tokens or API keys needed to read your ad reporting data. They are stored encrypted and used only to fetch the data you asked for.
- Google Sheets data: the spreadsheet, tab and range you choose as a destination. We write the requested reporting data there. We do not read other content in your spreadsheets beyond what is needed to write to the range you selected.
- Usage and diagnostic data: basic logs such as sync times, errors and feature usage, used to run and improve the Service.
How we use information
- To fetch your ad reporting data and write it to the spreadsheets you choose, on the schedule you set.
- To show sync status, send service messages (for example, a failed sync) and provide support.
- To secure, maintain and improve the Service.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your ad data or spreadsheet data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Google user data
Northdeck Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Service. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the Service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. No humans read your Google user data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting and email), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. When you disconnect an ad account, we delete its stored credentials. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@northdeckai.com; we complete deletion within 30 days. Data already written to your spreadsheets stays in your spreadsheets, under your control.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate the Service.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to its processing. Email us to exercise them. You can also revoke Northdeck Ads' access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the date above. Significant changes will be notified by email.
